I am so glad to finally be posting a rainy day photoshoot on the blog! Sometimes, the weather just isn’t in our favor and there is no other day to reschedule. Instead of running from the rain, embrace it! More often than not (unless it’s a severe storm), the photos still turn out beautiful and meaningful – even unique.
Especially if you’re on a family vacation. If the weather is crappy when you’re visiting Vero Beach for… well, the beach… let it be a part of the memories you’re documenting! Plus, if I’m being real, who doesn’t like dancing in the rain?
Ali and her family decided to do a surprise photoshoot for her dad in celebration of buying his dream beach condo just near the Jaycee Beach boardwalk. What a way to break it in!
So yeah. I guess you could say it really did rain on our parade.
