This Richmond Wedding was just an entire day of picture perfect moments.

Nikkia is a gorgeous bride, and the venue was amazing as well.

I can’t even begin to describe what an amazingly beautiful experience this wedding was.  Nikkia was absolutely STUNNING and this venue was to die for.  Nikkia and Anthony got married at the Salisbury Country Club in Midlothian right outside of Richmond, VA, and even though it was a bit chilly for an outdoor wedding, everyone’s jaw absolutely dropped when they saw this beauty coming down the isle.  Anthony couldn’t even contain himself from beaming when he saw her, it was truly magical!

I asked them a few questions and you’re not going to believe their proposal story!

• How and when did you and your partner meet?“Our moms worked together on Ft. Lee when our families were first stationed in Virginia. Our moms became good friends and we were raised around each other. Later on we found out our moms were plotting hoping that we would eventually link up. :-)”
• How did they pop the question?“I spent part of Christmas at his parents’ house. His family was opening gifts and I was sitting there (8 months pregnant) just enjoying watching everyone opening gifts. They got to the last gift that was all the way behind the tree and said “oh this one’s for Nikkia!” I opened it and it was a beautiful silver jewelry box. His mom said, “oh is there something inscribed on the box?” I looked and Anthony had “Nikkia will you marry me?” inscribed on the top of the box. I was so shocked I started having contractions.”
